Southern Maine fine garden design, installation, and maintenance business, Mrs. Greenjeans Fine Gardening, seeking additional crew for 2023 season. All projects are located in Southern Maine.
All organic, no mowing beautiful residential properties mostly oceanside.
Work in a fun team environment with opportunity to learn and grow skills. Must be physically fit and have reliable transportation.
Essential responsibilties:
- Weeding, raking, edging, pruning, planting deadheading.
- Maintain a clean work site
- Collaborate with other crew and owner to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
- Responsible for the proper utilization and care of company equipment.
- Follow company policies, procedures and work standards.
- Loading and unloading tools and materials
- Ensure no herbicides or non-organic pesticides and insecticides are used
Compensation is $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
