Parabolic is seeking a Performance Industry LEADER with proven experience managing a team and data driven training outcomes. The Performance Manager would have extensive knowledge in functional anatomy, biomechanics, and energy system development. The best fit is organized, energetic, and professional with strong interpersonal relationship skills. The Performance Manager would excel in time efficiency, conflict management with optimal resolutions, and assist our team in growing professionally.

Parabolic Performance & Rehab has four full-service physical therapy and sports performance centers located in Montclair, Little Falls, Hackensack, and in New Providence NJ.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nationally recognized personal training certification from NSCA, ACSM, or NASM, or College Degree in related Health & Fitness fields
• Must have experience coaching youth athletes ages 8 to 17 years old
• Sales Experience related to Health & Fitness
• Interpersonal and Collaborative Team Communication skills required
• Must obtain personal liability insurance upon hire
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:

• Full-Time rotating within all Parabolic locations
• Monday-Friday
• Weekend availability required
• Schedule based on Parabolic Facility needs
• Must have the ability to travel between locations
