M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Float Pool RN with a focus on our Birthplace and Pediatric units. Are you reading to join this new team and make a difference in peoples lives?
The Birthplace/Pediatric Float Pool RNs will join the brand-new cluster created to support our:
- 30 bed postpartum and 9 bed labor and delivery unit.
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, caring for Babies born at 28 weeks, up to 23 beds.
- Pediatric unit, a 16 bed unit that accepts pediatric patients, pediatric outpatients and overflow adult patients.
This is a rotating 7am-7pm/7pm-7am position, 12 hour shifts, every third weekend and benefit eligible.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active MN RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
- 1 year of Med Surg/Acute Care nursing.
Preferred:
- One year of RN experience in peds or OB care, OR
- One year of RN experience in level II or level III nursery, OR
- One year or RN experience in an ICU/PICU setting, OR
- Completion of a Capstone or similar preceptorship experience in a NICU setting.
