Looking for a talented prepared food chef

We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and high quality freshly made prepared foods, soups, sandwiches and salads available daily to our customer base. Our pick up catering & holiday catering fills a need for many people in the Fox Chapel, Oakmont and East End neighborhoods. We strive to find delicious and unique award winning specialty grocery items to share with our loyal customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation, cooking and chilling of feast proprietary recipes while following proper food handling procedures.
- Follow and execute feast recipes and special request orders
- Work with chefs to utilize ingredients to create new and innovative menus items
- Place orders on an as needed basis
- Provide excellent customer hospitality for our clients on an as needed basis
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Previous experience in cooking/catering. culinary arts- FAST FOOD DOES NOT APPLY
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and able to work in fast paced team environment
- Be able to work minimum of 4 days a week and up to 5 days a week including some Saturdays (we are closed Sundays except during 4th quarter as needed) as well as during the week leading up to 4th quarter holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation and willing to submit to a background check
