Fun Depot’s newest addition Cordial is a full-service restaurant with chef-inspired cuisine, a bar featuring American Icon Brewery craft beers and handcrafted cocktails and 20 state-of-the-art bowling lanes. We are looking to fill all FOH and BOH positions! If you would like to be a part of something new and fun, this job is for you. Positive attitudes and friendly personalities only! You must be able and willing to learn, follow direction and work as a team.

A food runner needs to be organized, energetic and be able to move in a fast-paced environment. As a food runner, you are the last person to see the food before the guest receives it. You will work side by side with the chefs to help move the food from kitchen to guests in the expected time. Attention to detail is required to ensure all the guests' modifications and requests are met. You will be responsible to keep the work area clean and stocked.

Food Runner Requirements:

• No experience needed, but is a plus
• Organized and able to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to listen to orders and direction
• Ability to identify that dishes are plated correctly
• Garnish foods and position them on tables for visibility and accessibility
• Some expo tasks may be required as necessary. These tasks include dessert making, adding to sides and sauces to entrees, and ticketing orders ready to run
• Ability to carry multiple dishes at once
• Carry completed orders from kitchen to tables or bar for guests
• Anticipate needs in a hospitable and timely manner
• Maintain adequate supplies of items needed throughout shift: ice, plates, glasses, sauces, etc
