About the Position:
Come join our team! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for memory care residents, high acuity assisted living residents, assisted living, and independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest South and Cass Street Assisted Living.
Being a Server gives you the opportunity to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals and getting to know the menu to describe choices to residents and visitors. Our Servers are also responsible for dishwashing, busing, some cleaning, and may assist with meal prep and catering as needed. Some positions will be responsible for assisting with breakfast prep, working the bistro area and some baking tasks. This position may include transportation of meals to Cass Street Assisted Living.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities
- Experience serving or working with the aging population is a plus
- Background checks are reviewed by HR after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Part Time Servers Starting between $14.50 and $15.50 per hour, more based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked
- Full Time Servers Starting between $15.00 and $16.50 per hour, more based on qualifications and experience
- Train to fill in for Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
