Panorama Healthcare is currently seeking a Food Service Manager Consultant to assist a Long Term Care Facility with development of a stellar dietary team! This position will be full-time on an interim basis and is located in Xenia, OH.
Purpose/Belief Statement
The successful candidate for the Food Service Manager Consultant position will have long term care management experience. To be considered for this position, candidates must have Level 2 Certification as a Dietary Manager in Ohio.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete kitchen sanitation, meal service and food storage audits
- Ensure the implementation of dietary policies & procedures
- Ensure menus and diet orders are being followed.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of food services..
Qualifications:
- Must have level 2 Certification in Ohio.
- Long Term Care experience preferred.
