Position Title: Framer Reports to: Foreman Location: Pueblo, CO
Career Level: Entry – midlevel
Salary: Full Time, Hourly/Non-exempt $19 - $23/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: 4/10 Schedule Monday – Thursday

Requirements
Primary Operational Objectives:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
- Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts.
- Erecting temporary structures such as scaffolds and hoists.
- Performing repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound.
- Analyzing blueprints and drawings to determine the structural dimensions of the framework to be constructed.
- Examining building materials to identify any defects.
- Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate degree in carpentry or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship.
- Bachelor's degree in construction is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience working in homebuilding or manufacturing industry highly desired
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
- Physical dexterity to use hand tools and equipment
- Manufacturing environment, moderate to loud noise levels
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Must be able to stand and walk the production facility for long periods of time
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
In addition to the base wage amount for this position, team members are eligible to earn an additional incentive. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the incentive plan.

Eligibility and the amount of the increase varies based on individual performance and annual year-end evaluation, overall company success, market/industry wages and terms and conditions of the Company’s policy for the respective year.
