Rosati's Pizza is a Chicago pizza franchise, and the Estero location was the first and is the best Rosati's in Southwest Florida. We offer premium quality pizza, pastas, salads and wings in a sports pub environment with the option of doing call-ahead takeout.
We are looking for a front counter employee to mainly answer phones and assist in getting food handed out to our customers. If you are interested, it may lead to other positions within the restaurant.
Job Summary: Answering phones/greeting customers and using a computer to take their orders. Handing out orders to the customers as they come in to pick up their food. You will also be assisting the kitchen staff by helping grab pizza boxes, hot food, and salads and moving them into hot boxes or refrigerators.
Our front counter position is usually a 4-5 hour shift, depending on if it is a weekday or weekend.
This is a great entry-level position and absolutely no experience is required. Being able to communicate clearly is a plus, as you will be answering phones and speaking directly with customers while handing out orders. If you are interested, there is also the potential to move into different positions within the restaurant.
We offer all of our employees half off of pizza and 30% off on the rest of our menu.
