Currently hiring someone that will be working part time to fill in for any shift as needed. Must be able to work any night of the week/weekend. Must be available to work all shifts when needed...1st shift (7am to 3pm), 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am). Most of the shifts needed will be 2nd and 3rd shift and weekends. Must work Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Will work no less than two night of 3rd shift. This opaning is for part time two to three days a week.

Salary: $10.00 /hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receives and processes incoming guests
• Ensure a delightful, seamless arrival and departure for our guests.
• Greets guest and processes hotel registration and other transactions
• Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and local attractions
• Handles all guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges
• Processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy and data privacy policy standards
• Responsible for answering and fielding all calls to the hotel, both internal and external
• Maintains confidentiality of guest information
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
• Run nightly reports.
• Start and set out breakfast for the breakfast attendant.
• Performs other duties as required
