Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering the telephones,
- Assists with booking dining reservations, show tickets and personal services
- Meeting and greeting incoming residents, guests, and vendors.
- Assists other employees with residents and visitors to ensure overall coverage in management office and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others,
- Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Shift = 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Previous customer related experience required
- Previous concierge experience preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Pay and Benefits:
$20.00 hour
