Front Desk Receptionist Job at Oasis Massage
Oasis Massage in Park City is looking for part-time spa receptionist. We pride ourselves on providing great massage services and need you to help take our customer service to the next level. Prior Spa experience is not required, however prior customer/guest service experience is preferred. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential to make sure our practice runs smoothly during the busy summer and winter seasons.
Responsibilities
The main objective of our spa receptionist is to make sure our clients have a great experience when booking with us and contribute to a positive work environment. The spa receptionist responsibilities to support this objective include but are not limited to:
*Create a welcoming environment for arriving clients, and guide them through the check-in process
*Check out clients at the conclusion of their visit
*Engage clients, listen to feedback and communicate concerns to management
*Communicate with clients in a professional manner via phone and email
*Maintain the appointment schedule and communicate with other team members to ensure smooth and punctual operation
*Maintain general cleanliness and professional appearance of the spa
*Maintain accurate records in spa operating online tools
*Track and update inventory
*Other duties as requested by supervisor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
