Role: As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression to our guests and will provide superior hospitality, customer service and a welcoming Aloha.Tahiti Village Resort and Spa is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Front Desk Agents. Essential Functions:
- Provide a superb customer and professional service regardless of guest demeanor, with company service standards.
- Communicate effectively to internal and external guests. Welcome, greet and engage with guests.
- Create a safe and friendly environment for everyone at property. Secure all guest and company privacy information and keep it confidential.
- Answer all questions pleasantly and with knowledgeable information.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, in a fast passed work environment while multi-tasking.
- Duties are to be completed with property standards, company policies and legal requirements for the safety, health and welfare of guests, employees, property and company.
- Accurate cash and payment handling skills, inputted correctly on guest folios. Balanced each shift. Post all required transactions to guest accounts.
- Input all guest information on account correctly during registration. Assignment of rooms to account according to company process. Issue and control guest room keys to account properly.
- Resolve guest issues within position of authority; refer to management if not able to achieve a resolution.
- Answer phones with a pleasantly at all times, while having the ability to multi task at all times.
- Basic computer skills and office equipment.
