We are seeking a Front End Software Developer to join the Feast & Fettle team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in web development, creating sleek, robust and maintainable front-end interfaces.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the development of member-facing web applications and internal operational tools

  • Work with front-end technologies such as Alpine.js, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS

  • Utilize asset compilation tools such as NPM, webpack, PostCSS and Sass

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deploy new features.

  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.

  • Work on improving application performance and bug fixes.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and application performance.

  • Participate in cross-team peer code reviews.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years experience with CSS, jQuery and modern Javascript frameworks such as Vue.js, AngularJS or React

  • Experience building consumer-facing products that delight users

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to think through design implications

  • Action oriented and able to contribute code day 1

  • Solid understanding of MVC application architecture

  • Resilient, able to adapt quickly and manage multiple inbound communication channels from internal teams

  • Understands the decision process when weighing trade offs between fast and perfect

  • You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver features that improve our customer experience, streamline operations for our kitchen staff, and optimize our delivery operations.
