Canyon Road Dental has an opening for a Front Office Manager in Provo, UT. We are looking for a new team member who loves the field of dentistry as much as we do! Our offices are growing, and we need excellent employees to oversee and help with providing the best care possible for our patients. All of our staff members are provided training to make the transition to your new professional home. - Answering phones
- Managing text and email communications
- Treatment planning
- Insurance billing
- Accounts receivables and maintaining patient ledgers
- Coordinating with the back office to ensure optimal care for our patients
- Updating daily schedules for production and preferred appointment availability for patients
- Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
- Inputting insurance and patient payments
- Following up on non-paid insurance claims
- Processing of monthly account billing statements
- Manage past due accounts receivables
- Greeting patients, scheduling, and confirming appointments
- Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for the practice
- Assist with other front office duties
- Prior dental office experience preferred
- Versed in Dentrix preferred
- Highly motivated and organized
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain productivity in a high volume multi-tasked environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
