The Nothing Bundt Cakes, Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests. Following a strict proprietary recipe, NbC cake-frosting methods and food safety standards, the Froster makes our signature frosting and utilizes standardized application techniques to frost all of our delicious cakes.
Accountabilities/Duties:
- Ensures a supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels (inventory). Has the physical capacity to lift items of moderate weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
- Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards.
- Clean, sanitize and restock workstation during shift.
- Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
- We are closed on Sundays! This is a fantastic day off, guaranteed.You may be asked to work a Sunday during holidays.
- Part-time (10-20 hours) and full-time ( 25-40 hours) availability.
- Great for high school or college students looking for a full or part time position, year round only. NO summer positions available at this time.
- Pay rate $10.00-$13.00 per hour, based on availability and experience (negotiable)
- Paid Holiday! We pay you for all 6 holidays we close ! ( New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)

- Can understand written and verbal directions, interpret instructions such as recipes, order tickets, operating procedures, and health and safety rules.
- Has the ability to perform repetitious tasks that require continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Pays strict attention to timing and works on a tight, fast-paced production schedule.
- Follows firm guidelines regarding health and safety practices and work environment standards.
