Our organization is currently seeking candidates for a Fry Cook (friturtier) position. Candidates must be trustworthy, possess strong interpersonal skills and have a passion for helping others. Candidates must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous experience in the food service industry and strong customer service skills. A food handlers certificate is required by the date of hired.

Responsibilities:

• Must work in kitchen specializing in fried foods and operating the deep fryer.
• Fry cooks cook food by submerging in boiling oil. Prepare food to be fried , work with frying pans and watch over deep fryers.
• Prepping the food for frying to ensure the food does not overcook, and maintaining the deep fryer to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.
• Fryers must be cleaned at end of shifts.
• Take food orders from customers verbally and/or visually and relay them to the appropriate staff members.
• Ensure that customers' needs are being met.
• Stock food preparation areas with new supplies and remove trash as needed.
• Have a pleasant demeanor; be a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
