ShipRight is currently looking for a Fulfillment Manager in our South Portland warehouse facility.

ShipRight is a full-service 3rd Party Logistics firm (3PL) in business for over 22 years that specializes in order fulfillment and customer engagement solutions for clients worldwide.

The Fulfillment Manager is a crucial leadership position responsible for mentoring and maintaining an energetic, upbeat, and productive team environment.

Job Requirements

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of ShipRight’s clients and their product offerings with regard to fulfillment and logistics requirements, expectations, and service levels
• Establish and maintain departmental metrics, service levels, and budgets
• Track and report on revenue expenses and productivity for the department and adhere to established budgets
• Function as an important member of the ShipRight Senior Team and interface with clients, partners, and prospects as required
• Provide tactical leadership for the Fulfillment team
• Conduct annual reviews of the Fulfillment team members
• Provide quotes for transportation (LTL/TL) services and management of carriers
• Oversee Fulfillment and facilities-specific vendors, contractors, and government entities.
• Interface with clients as needed in matters pertaining to Fulfillment, logistics, and business practices
• Recruit and hire as necessary, oversee orientation and training for new team members
• This is a full-time salaried position requiring a 40+ hours work week.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of previous warehouse management experience
• Distribution & Transportation management experience
• Computer literate w/ a focus on MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in order management & inventory management
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations in a warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,091.09 - $47,077.44 per year
