Full Charge Bookkeeper Job at Marshall CPA
Seeking Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain accounting records for multiple small business clients, process payroll and file payroll tax reports. Must have experience using QuickBooks Online. You will be working with and managing the accounting and payroll records for several small business clients at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions from multiple financial institutions.
- Create Financial Statements and various reports monthly for each client.
- Reconcile all bank, credit card and note payable accounts monthly for each client.
- Process payroll per client schedule and make timely payroll tax deposits.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records for each client.
- Prepare and file accurate payroll tax returns quarterly for each client.
- Prepare and file accurate sales tax returns monthly for each client.
- Assist with year end tax preparation for all client companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
