The Most Important Part (is this a great fit for you, really?)

Still interested? If you’ve read all the above and are intrigued, we want to meet you. Send us your resume and cover letter, and we’ll get the interviews going!

But before you do, as you can see, this isn’t your grand pappy’s dev gig! So, this must be a great fit for both you and us. The “fit” is not just a start up culture reference (work hard - play hard). The fit also refers to timing. Meaning, the most successful candidates for this opening will be at a point in their careers where the energy, tenacity, and creativity required for the comprehensive modernization and transformation of legacy systems by a small team will not be off-putting, burdensome, or overwhelming. If you are in a place where you need or want a high-paid walk in the park gig (nothing wrong with cashing in on your skillset!), or you prefer to be part of larger teams (where ideation, dev, test, support, maintenance, etc. are essentially compartmentalized in different groups/skill sets) then please do not waste our time by applying.

We are an agile team that works in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, startup environment. We are designers who adhere to SOLID principles, SOA design, object-oriented design patterns, and who thrive on technical achievements, especially the contemporaneous challenges found in transforming and modernizing legacy systems.

We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
