Inglewood Residential & Community Services has been in business as a Group Home for Developmentally Disabled individuals since 1978. We have staff who have worked here for over 20 years that tell us we are a great caring place to work! We are looking for full and part-time Direct Support Professionals who are self motivated, flexible, caring, and enthusiastic to work and have fun with four women with developmental disabilities at our Group Home in Kenmore. You will assist with all aspects of their daily lives. This can include: participating in community activities, personal hygiene, food prep, medication administration, record keeping and occasionally working with mild behavioral issues to mention a few.

We are looking for staff with one of the following certifications: Exemption Letter, HCA License, CNA license or 75 hour training certificate. Staff need good communication skills with the ability to clearly speak, read/understand and write in English. We need a staff who is Nurse Delegated (NAR License) with a diabetes certificate to give resident medications or be willing to be trained to do so ASAP. Staff also need at least a high school diploma/GED, be able to pass a background check, be fully vacinated against COVID and have the ability to drive residents in our agency van. Benefits are available. We are currently offering extra COVID bonus pay.
