We are looking to hire both Full-Time and Part-Time Team Associate who always represents the Company with an exemplary attitude and strong commitment to established service standards. Customer Service is our #1 priority.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

· Retail experience a plus but we can train the right person
· Equestrian/riding experience a plus – Western or English
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
· Knowledge of PC applications
· Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems
· Maintain positive team morale
· Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
· Part-Time Associates must be able to work 16-29 hours per week, Full-Time Associates must be able to work 36-40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management
· May be required to attend outside events, seminars, etc. as needed

Physical Demands/Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting):
· Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
· Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
· Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
· Visions requirements: close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus
