West Los Angeles is located on 14th St in Santa Monica, but we have clients up and down the west side... From Woodland Hills down through Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Santa Monica to Long Beach and all the way east to Compton, Gardena, Inglewood, etc.

Right at Home provides non-medical in-home care for our elderly clients which may include assistance with:
You Must Have:
- Licensed with the state of California Dept of Social Services- registered Home Care Aide license (If you don't have your Home Care Aide license you must be willing to get it, this will include to pass a background check.)
- Recent TB test (negative)
- Full Covid 19 vaccination- we don't have any clients who accept someone who isn't vaccinated
- CPR certification
- Own insured and registered car; valid driver's license (preferred)
- Experience as a caregiver for at least 2 years (will accept less experience for lower starting pay)
- Authorized to work in the US (with proof)
What should you do?
Right at Home provides non-medical in-home care for our elderly clients which may include assistance with:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Companionship
- Transportation to client's doctor
- Errands
- Light Housekeeping.
- Flexible scheduling (especially if you have another job or are a student) Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, and as many as 7 days a week.
- Direct Deposit paid bi-weekly
- Competitive pay- $16 to $18 to start; DOE and ability to drive clients in own car.
- A robust BONUS program (up to $1000 in 5 months- ask at interview) that will add a lot to your income if you take advantage of it!
- Paid training. Additional training in Dementia and Parkinson's disease.
