The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. This position will lead a crew during Fumigation Operations. Load, Store, and Transport fumigant and be responsible for the successful execution of fumigation services. We provide all necessary training to acquire the skills and licenses needed to be successful. So, if you enjoy being on the go, working outside and leading a team, then this position is for you.

Job Duties:

· Handle, maneuver, and place tarping material onto roofs.

· Carry, maneuver and place ladders as needed to access roof and seams on the fumigated structure.

· Place and position sand and water bags around the fumigated structure for ground sealing.

· Join and seal, using clamps, 2 tarps meeting together to create a seam on the fumigated structure.

· Using clamps, tighten slack in the tarping material to keep tarps taut.

· Fill sandbags for use on the work trucks.

· Clean and organize work trucks.

· Must be able to work in all weather conditions. (Hot, Cold, Rain, Wind)

· Must be able to safely carry up to 70lbs.

· Must be willing to work from heights.

· Follow the direction of the SPID and Crew Supervisor.

· Perform other services as directed by management.

· Once trained, obtain a FDACS license to perform fumigations.

Position responsibilities include providing structural fumigation services for our customers and setting reasonable expectations of results after services are performed. We provide all necessary training to get you started on your career as a pest management professional, as well as continuing education to keep you up to date on the latest and greatest in the pest world.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our fumigation technicians work in a team environment throughout the day. Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Some Saturdays may be required.

Travel:
Local daily travel within the assigned territory.
