Step Right Up! Are you ready to run away with the circus? Two Bit Circus is not your normal play space; it features the latest in immersive entertainment, multiplayer VR experiences, fast-casual dining and a full bar. In between games, players can fill up on creative circus-inspired classics and new takes on bartender favorites, some drinks mixed by a robot bartender.

A brand-new type of social playspace, Two Bit Circus consists of multiple indoor zones, including a reimagined midway, an arcade filled with vintage classics and new hits, various Story Rooms (our very own fun filled escape room-like experiences), a multiplayer VR Arena, and VIP lounges. Two Bit Circus’ mission is to bring people of all ages together, elbow-to-elbow, to play. Social events, team buildings, and corporate parties are a core element of our business. Our Los Angeles park has hosted all kinds of events from celebrity parties (Migos, Will Smith & Family, 5 Seconds of Summer) to corporate events (Riot Games, Ernst & Young, Netflix), to birthday parties, and bar/bat mitzvahs.

Job Summary:

Our Barkers play an essential role in providing an exceptional level of service by encouraging our guests to play midway/arcade games and engage with various guest experiences throughout the park. This role is for you if you have a love for all things VR and arcade, and want to help guests in their journey in fighting zombies!

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Willingness to accept the most effective role;
• Assist guests with game problems by keeping a current knowledge of how to play each of the games/shows featured in Club 01, Midway, VR, and Arcade;
• Delivers outstanding guest service and creates a branded fun environment; Encourages guests to play games and engage with the various Club 01 guest experiences;
• Assist in cash handling functions including the POS system, registers and daily reporting;
• Delivers outstanding guest service and creates a branded fun environment; Encourage guests to play games and engage with various guest experiences throughout the park using guest engagement and attraction techniques known in the carnival industry as “barking”;
• Assure arcade and game areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presentation, and service, including emptying the trash;
• May assist the Event & Sales Coordinator with events;
• Responsible for providing exceptional guest service at Two Bit Circus;
• Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through consistently adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Two Bit Circus SOPs and Two Bit Circus Handbook;
• Additional duties as assigned.
