We are interviewing candidates to join our team as a Garden Specialist. We are looking for the following traits in all applicants:

Responsibilities
· Ensuring all plants are watered when needed.
· Moving plants around the nursery when needed.
· Safely unloading and loading shipments.
· Correctly label all plants as they come in on shipments.
· Communicating daily production goals with other members and management team.
· Packing boxes with the correct products and getting them ready to ship.
· Communicating with customers, providing answers to questions as well as understanding the invoices and needs on all orders.
· Tracking production, expenses, and keeping inventory of all plants and materials.
· Being able to work Monday through Friday – 7:00-4:30, with flexibility due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
