The General Affairs Executive Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the Board by organizing and preparing meetings and executing follow up related to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain and update executive calendars and schedules
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature in a medium to large-size facility.
- Prepares reports and correspondence, requiring knowledge of document formats, such as contracts, summonses, briefs, complaints, and motions.
- Reports to a position responsible for a major function.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant years of experience (1-3 years of project managing, people managing experience)
- Years of experience within automotive industry preferred
Competency Based:
- Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Required competencies: Active Listening & Speaking, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Social perceptiveness, and Time Management.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience required
