General Laborer/Driver

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Seifert is looking for a hardworking, motivated laborer to join our team in Dillsburg, PA. This individual will maintain a clean, safe and efficient shop environment, while also supporting the overall team in the field.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Loads and unloads equipment from trailers
- Rakes, brooms and shovels as/when needed around the shop
- Follows instructions from supervisor
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Safely operates a variety of hand and power tools
- Follows schedule for equipment delivery when/as needed
- Ensures equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
- Picks up supplies when needed
- Completes paperwork in a timely manner
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team
- Follows all company rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
- Must have and maintain a clear driving record
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, in all-weather climates
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Must be reliable with the ability to work overtime as needed
- Experience with a forklift is a plus
