Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, and prior facilities work experience in housekeeping, maintenance and/or renovation work. Valid driver's license, insurable by University insurance carrier, police record check and employment physical required.� Education may be substituted for required work experience. Grade NC
Position Description:
Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to existing environmental, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in assigned buildings.� Make daily inspection, report major problems, provide assistance to other trades, complete daily/weekly reports, maintain clean and orderly shop, answer emergency calls and perform other related duties as assigned.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
