Company Summary:

Lockwood Distilling Company is a family-owned neighborhood distillery, tasting room and restaurant. We serve Southern style, chef-crafted food in our scratch kitchen. We have our own spirits which include vodka, gin, bourbon, rye, rum and more! Company culture is very important to us as we enjoy spending time with our work family! We are seeking an entry level sales person to help us grow our business outside of our walls. Most customers will be bars, restaurants, and liquor stores with some opportunities to participate in events.

Responsibilities:

• Restaurant floor manager & interaction with guests
• Recruiting, staffing, and onboarding new staff
• Scheduling
• Run daily pre-shift meeting for staff and cover training topics
• Organize quarterly training program to elevate our team members to enhance guest experience
• Develop new staff onboarding for all new FOH team members
• Organize quarterly training program to elevate our team members to enhance guest experience
• Manage month end inventory for wine, spirits, and merchandise
• Job duties include working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a passion for the Alcoholic Beverage Industry.
• Must have 4 years acting in GM role.
• Professional with a positive attitude, great organizational skills, ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment and tolerant of frequent dad jokes.
• Ability to establish working relationships with guests and staff while having or pretending to have fun.
• Must rank in the top 10 high scores on Ms Pacman within first 90 days of joining the team.

The employee must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and not own a pair of rollerblades (jk we all have rollerblades).

Main Responsibilities of a General Manager

• Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and skilled store manager with remarkable skills, who will run our restaurant effectively and with attention to detail.

Our GM candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and guests. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and enhancing the guest experience.

The responsibilities of a GM are to greet the staff and guests, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the guests have a great dining experience.

More importantly, a perfect general manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.

Pay: $55000 - $80000 / year
