This position demands quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to executing the highest standards of service and quality. The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
*Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low turnover environment
*Passion for training, managing and developing an outstanding team at all levels
*Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
*Financial management, reporting and communication, banking
*Crisis management and guest resolution
*Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
*Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists and temperature checks
*Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
*Execute and enforce all company standards, policies and procedures
*Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements, achieves high health inspection scores
