The General Manager has the responsibility for overseeing all staff, budgets and operations of their business unit. You will be responsible for running day-to-day activities at your store and ensure that our personnel and our product are top notch. This role will report directly to their respective Operating Partner. This role entails an on-site position. Must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends being required.

Job Qualifications:

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Preferred: Previous General Manager or Asst. GM experience

Essential Job Functions:

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee, evaluate and improve day-to-day operations through policies and processes
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and leaders develop professionally
• Manage recruitment, training and assessment of employees
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues with a sense of urgency (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
