General Technician/Laborer ($17-19/hr + tips) Job at Shack Shine
Shack Shine is a professional home services company specializing in window cleaning, roof & house washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and holiday light installations servicing Fairfax County and Loudoun County.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- You'll work with the team each day to complete services at high-end residential homes in Fairfax and Loudoun County. Services include window washing, roof & house washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and professional Christmas lighting installs.
- You'll use the latest equipment and technology that we’ll fully train you on.
- You’ll ensure the services are completed professionally and in a timely manner, leaving smiles on our customers’ faces.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing 5 star service for our customers: window washing, house & roof washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, holiday light installations
- Safely navigate extension ladders up to 40’ around customers homes
- Marketing around each job site
- Organizing and managing equipment on van
WHO ARE YOU?
- 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
- Valid standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- 2+ years of labor experience
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Previous physical labor and/or customer service experience is a plus!
