In this position we are looking for a glazier who is EXCEPTIONAL at delivering 5-star customer experiences.
Must have the following experience:
- Installation of replacement vinyl windows
- Reglazing of residential glass units
A typical day:
- Engage with our systems and processes
- Review schedule for the day, provide input, discuss with sales manager
- Emergency glass service calls
Pay is HIGHLY dependent on attitude and cultural fit and slightly dependent on glass experience. This is an 8AM-4PM job and a mixture of hourly pay and performance pay.
