The Graphics Installer is primarily responsible to ensure graphic installs are completed accurately and within the required completion deadlines

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
*

• Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering, and wraps
• Install vinyl decals on various vehicles and other surfaces
• Installation may be in our facility or a customer’s facility
• Assist team with decal production as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:*
*

• Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
• Ability to accurately read ruler measurements
• Ability to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workers
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to problems
• High level of energy, personal accountability, and integrity
• Professional in attire and demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Smart Sheets
• Ability to achieve install time deadlines
• Experience installing vinyl decals or vehicle wraps required
• Advanced Experience in difficult wrap installs/fenders/ complex shapes, large scale installs/ trucks/ semis
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*

• Certified in vinyl installation
• 3M certification
• Operate all production equipment including large format printers and finishing machines
