Edwards Lifesciences Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit is hiring a new Brand Team member. We’re looking for a proactive, collaboration-oriented individual to lead the brand experience of the implanter (interventional cardiologist) audience.

Your role will be dedicated to the US market, partnering with product and digital managers to deliver non-personal and personal promotion strategy as you envision the larger brand experience.

This candidate must be confident in their ability to be an expert in campaigns and brand building, working with a range of partners, understanding how sales needs affect deliverables and have a passion for patients. Nimbleness, a proactive drive and the ability to give real-time perspective with partners will be essential to the success of this candidate.

Brand Management
Campaign Strategy : Develop and manage brand and product-level campaigns with increasing complexity and associated marketing communication programs support ing key BU initiatives, product launches and market development efforts in the US.
Messaging and Design : Partner with stakeholders to co-create messaging platform, headline s through to messaging frameworks, aligning with product, within BU, U.S. l egal and r egulatory a ffairs, and corporate brand. Production occurs with agencies based on the candidate’s ability to lead.
Creative Services : Ideate on creat ive vision, provide perspective and drive vendors in cr eative development , copywriting needs and end-to-end video production.
Application and Pull Through : Oversee consistent execution of Edwards' corporate brand marketing guidelines, BU campaign brand standards and trademark requirements within all marketing team produced assets for the i mplanter audience.
Research and Insights : Conduct audience behavioral research, voice of customer ( VoC ) and field discussions, message testing and campaign testing to pr operly craft p rograms driven by audience insights. Be a subject matter expert (SME) in the audience.
Brand Stewardship : Develop and champion the Edwards' corporate brand and BU portfolio to ensure they are consistently represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points .

Partnerships and Execution
Product Managers and Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate and strategize with product managers to develop relevant, robust marketing and promotional programs, leveraging their market and messaging direction to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touch points.
Digital Production : Partner with digital marketing on asset development to pull through campaign and messaging needs across the digital ecosystem, i .e., paid media, landing pages, social media, etc.
Creative Services and Vendor Management : Manage vendors to ensure brand - compliant and timely creative development , copywriting and production based on content planning, campaign measure ment and optimiz ation . These projects ra nge from video production to graphic design, demo boxe s and more.

Process and Project Management
Cross-Functional Negotiating : Collaborate and coordinate across multiple functions, including product management, convention management, clinical affairs, legal and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects .
Project and Collaboration Management : Timeline management and c oordinat ion with team members to ensure proper rollout in diverse channel sets .
Budget Management : Oversee reconciliation of forecast versus actual spend and manag e tracking to ensure alignment with larger budget tracking .
Performance and Optimizing : Manage monthly reporting on performance for optimization, leadership updates and proper investment, as well as annual studies assessing lift.
Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree 10 years experience required or
Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years of related experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry

Additional Skills:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of brand strategy.
Experience working directly with product managers.
Understanding of digital channels and campaign pull through.
Extensive knowledge of agency and vendor management.
Proven successful project management skills.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of communication channels emphasized in print, digital and events.
Understanding of the creative development process.
Experience in the medical device or healthcare space.
Understanding of s ales funnel.
Excellent documentation and communication skills , as well as interpersonal relationship skills , including negotiating and relationship management with ability to drive achievement of objectives .
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels , including presentations to leadership .
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $123,000 to $174,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
