Job Posting - Outpatient Substance Abuse Group Facilitator
Outpatient substance abuse facilitator needed to conduct outpatient groups, including electronic file documentation. Must be willing to learn electronic documentation of records. Also includes handling money, administering urinalysis and breathalyzer tests.
- AS/AA Degree with 4 years’ experience, BA Degree with 1-year experience in substance abuse treatment.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 background screening with Florida Department of Corrections, Level 2 background screening with the Department of Children and Families (ACHA Clearinghouse). No Drug related convictions unless given clearance by DCF.
- Locations include South Daytona, Port Orange and Edgewater. Group Sessions pay $20.00 per hour.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
