Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program, which places peers with similar mental health experiences and goals into customized virtual groups. Our team of masters-level clinicians lead groups multiple times per week to deliver a higher level of care.

About the Role
The Growth Strategy Analyst is a key position that will have the opportunity to influence and impact go-to-market strategy at Charlie Health as we continue to expand our services across the nation. The Growth Strategy Analyst will work with the rest of the Growth Strategy team to identify high value markets for Charlie Health. The Growth Strategy Analyst will also work closely with the Finance and Outreach teams to ensure that market launches are well planned-out and executed. We fully expect that this individual will be low-ego, eager to join a fast-paced company, hungry to learn, and able to work independently. The Growth Strategy Analyst will be given an exceptional level of autonomy and responsibility, but it is expected that this individual will "think like an owner" and commit themselves to Charlie Health's success.

Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential markets and develop strategies to efficiently go-to-market
- Create scenario analyses to support go-to-market decisions
- Build and maintain key performance indicator dashboards to monitor the efficacy of go-to-market efforts
- Develop clinical utilization models to provide visibility into micro and macro supply/demand dynamics
- Create and/or improve process documentation related to new market launch
- Support the development and expansion of relationships with state, regional, and national payors
- Partner with the Compliance and Operations teams to ensure compliant market launches
- Partner with the Finance team to project new market staffing requirements and revenue expectations
- Partner with the Outreach team to operationalize early business development efforts in new markets
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of relevant work experience
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Experience building robust Microsoft Excel models from scratch
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Passion for healthcare services
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
- Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
- Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
- Meticulous attention to detail

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $70,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#LI-Remote
