Gym Director or Assistant Gym Director- Children's Gymnastics (Pre-K, Grade School, and toddlers), Birthdays, Camps, and more

The Little Gym in Woburn will be hiring a new Gym Director, OR an Assistant Gym Director (both positions have opportunities for advancement!)

This is a full time position (with benefits and bonus potential), for somebody ready to join our leadership team. As a key leader in our children's fitness/gymnastics business, you'll provide leadership of day-to-day operations, along with individually teaching great classes, and when not teaching supporting our staff with operations excellence, curriculum, quality, training, customer service, administration, and more.

The schedule for all full time employees includes 4 weekdays plus one weekend day.

Working on the management team at The Little Gym is fun and rewarding. Our award-winning The Little Gym Program helps children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally as they build confidence and self-esteem, using our proprietary "3 Dimensional Learning" curriculum.

Job requirements:

• Sincere love of children
• Background working with children (examples include gymnastics or dance instructor, preschool teacher, daycare, sports camps or similar experience), and also in fitness/sports (gymnastics, cheer, dance, athletics, sports, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
• Director, Management and/or Supervisory Experience
• Strong customer service experience
• BS degree (or extensive experience in this field)
• Strong work ethic
