We are looking for 3 to 4 full-service Hair Stylists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a unique personal artistry, passion for their craft, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for individuals who are creative, reliable, and have a positive attitude. This is not a position for those looking to build their client books from the ground up. This is an excellent position for stylists who already have a mostly full, or completely full book, are accustomed to operating independently, and are looking for a supportive, fun community, and beautiful work space, or a change of pace from their current salon environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must have atleast 2 years of salon experience to apply.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Proactively pursue continued education and development of skills.
- Advise clients on hair care and styling techniques.
- Cut, color, and style hair according to client's needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- No drama. Must be willing and able to work alongside others with ease and flexibility.
- Must have current license in the state of Tennessee.

We have regular, support staffed business hours Tuesday - Saturday, but many of our stylists create their own hours, and work before or after these hours to accommodate their clients. Our stylists are independent, and responsible for and considerate of the space as if it were their own.
- Commission or Booth Rental available.
- Front of house support staff and salon floor assistance. Our front of house staff will manage incoming client bookings, prebookings, client check out and retail purchase. Salon floor assistance available to help sweep/clean stations between clients, clean color bowls, assist clients as needed.
- Service Trades. Trade services with other staff members for hair cut/color, massage, facials, hypnotherapy, Reiki, ReUnion session. All services are also available to staff at 50% off.
