The HANDS Specialist works under the direction of the HANDS Coordinator.
The HANDS Specialist will conduct regular planned home visits to establish a tursing rapport for eligible HANDS participants to assist parent/s and or families with child development, parenting skills, health services and other needed resources identified at assessment or during visits. Maintain confidentiality of program information obtained from home visits. Provide outreach and program promotions for Mason and Robertson counties.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Early Childhood Education or a Behavioral Science related field with one (1) year experience performing case management services. An RN with licensure in Kentucky and two (2) years of public health experience will substitue.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
