Leading edge Revenue Cycle Management company is in search of a recent Health Information Technology Grad. This entry level role will assist Management in updating or organizing healthcare data within multiple EMR systems, compiling reports as requested, utilizing existing data to determine whether the information is complete and accurate, as well as tracking and identifying trends.

Job Duties May Include but Not Limited To:

• Analyzes EMR data to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and relevance
• Designs, develops, and maintains reports
• Understand work priorities with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Develops, enhances and supports data models and reporting applications (e.g. reports, dashboards, and visualizations)
• Provides recommendations for data quality
• Perform testing within multiple platforms
• Support any new or upgrade within multiple platforms
• Collaborate in the development of necessary policies and procedures and will bring forward related issues that require resolution
• Document and monitor new and existing workflows and their associated procedures
• May assist with administrative duties as assigned by Management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• BA/recent Grad of Health Information Technology program
• Above average knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Google, MS Windows Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of Complete Revenue Management Cycle
• Basic knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 coding
• Above average knowledge of flow chart creation
• Previous experience related to production/matrix-based work
• Previous EMR platform experience is a plus
• Documentation and clinical workflow analysis skills
