We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to ensure the efficient and quality operation of the dining experience at a Regional Community Hospital. Primary responsibilities include assisting with trayline supervision, management of quality service and hospitality, ensuring proper sanitation, security and safety, and maintaining an excellent relation with the patients and client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Act as liaison as it relates to Dining Services
Ensure on-going positive patient/resident relations by presenting a hospitable impression of the Dining Services Department
Effectively communicate with the Nursing Department and Housekeeping Department to ensure immaculate sanitation and presentation of all dining areas
Attend and represent Nutrition Management Services Company at all Resident Council and Food Committee meetings
Salary: $59,750 - $67,750
