Job Summary:
The maintenance mechanic maintains facility and equipment in safe and proper operating condition. This includes repairing and maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting equipment failures, and performing routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance. They also assist with the install of new equipment or supplemental equipment if needed.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Pre and post operation inspections of equipment.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders.
- Monitor the condition of equipment to ensure it operationally ready.
- Clean tracks and grease equipment.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- 2A Hoisting License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule in line with business hours, operations, and expectations.
- Flexible to work overtime, off-hours, and weekends as needed.
- Interested in working in an industrial environment.
*Competitive pay, dependent on experience.
