High End Residential Landscape Account Manager
RP Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high end residential estates. This position is based out of Medway, MA and supports our clients in the Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base
• Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties
• Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio
• Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary
• Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections
• Complete, process and approve paper work with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices
• Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance

General Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction
• Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team work
• Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers
• Exceptionally high standard for safety
• Strong written and oral communication
• High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye
• Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary
• Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
