Adelphi Solutions is a fast-growing ERC (Employee Retention Credit) company dedicated to helping businesses qualify for a tax rebate on tax money they already paid to the government during 2021-2022 based on specific qualifications. We are currently seeking experienced Sales Representatives/Specialists who are skilled in informing business owners about the program and can effectively engage with business owners in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record initiating the sales cycle, prospect for leads by setting appointments, and eventually closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, targeting small to medium-sized businesses in various industries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify potential clients' needs and propose tailored solutions based on our product/service offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets or quotas
• Maintain an accurate record of call activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
• Over time, develop the skills and knowledge necessary to close deals independently

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on cold calling and B2B sales.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities** (Optional)
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients quickly.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily.
• Proficient in conversational English, any other language is a plus

Compensation:

• $60k base salary is contingent on hitting quota (1 appointment per day) - We pay $200 per successful appointment
• Generous commission structure - equity in six-seven figure deal sizes
