Job Details for CNC Machine Operator:

• Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1:30am
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 8pm-6:30am
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30am-7pm
• Pay Rate: $18-$27+/hour based on Shift and Experience
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

Job Responsibilities & Description for CNC Machine Operator:

• Maintain, operate, and perform setup of CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, CNC Grinders, and CNC Screw Machines
• Perform light CNC programming edits using G & M Code as needed
• Apply blueprints and schematics
• Refine small metal parts to tolerances of .005"
• Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Follow and update detailed production checklists

Job Requirements for CNC Machine Operator:

• 1+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator, CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or similar role
• Understanding of CNC programming basics (ability to edit and test-run CNC programs)
• Experience working with manufacturing blueprints, schematics, or custom drawings
• Excellent work history: 2+ consecutive years in a recent role, with near-perfect attendance record
• High School diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
