What does success as a Home Care Consultant look like?
· Build, manage and maximize productive referral relationships which generate ongoing quality referrals
· Develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
· Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web.
· Effectively manage, nurture and engage with community partners
· Enthusiasm and desire to spend 90% of each workday out of the office meeting with referral providers, potential clients and current clients
Qualifications:
· Strong communication, planning, organizational and computer skills a must
· Persistence and determination to maintain continuous flow of client referrals
· Ability to learn company marketing and educational programs and utilize in networking efforts
· Helpful, creative and approachable personality
· Motivated, creative self-starter who is willing to take initiative
· Must enjoy being visible and reaching out to a variety of people in the community
· Be a team player
· Strong communication, planning, organizational and computer skills a must
