We are currently seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our Leadership Excellence Advancement Program (LEAP) and, with the full support of our incredible team, train to become a Home Care Director and expand services in our Montgomery County, Maryland, market.

About Tribute's Leadership Excellence Advancement Program (LEAP)

As part of our commitment to developing future leaders at Tribute, we have created LEAP, an accelerated experiential learning opportunity for individuals looking to become leaders at Tribute Home Care.

Upon completion of this 9-12-month program, successful participants will be promoted to a Market Director role at Tribute Home Care.

During this time, you wil:

  • Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program that includes exposure to various departments and functions across different markets at Tribute
  • Collaborate with different teams to support business operations and develop key leadership skills
  • Work on strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve the overall performance of the company
  • Build relationships with Tribute's caregivers, clients, colleagues and community partners
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance your leadership skills and advance your career


About being a Home Care Director

After training and successful completion of LEAP, your focus will shift to the following as you open and expand the new Montgomery County market:

  • Offering Tribute's clients an unsurpassed service experience
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop strong referral relationships
  • Collaborating with Tribute's caregiver recruiting and caregiver support teams to build a community of the finest caregivers, unsurpassed for warmth, professionalism and reliability
  • Developing a high-performance administrative team devoted to Tribute's mission and values
  • Hitting revenue and operating profit objectives
  • Ensuring full compliance with all state and local regulations


What you need to be qualified for LEAP

Candidates are not expected to enter the program as an expert in home care. This program is designed to give extensive, hands-on training before taking on any leadership responsibilities. However, candidates will need the right set of experience and skills to enter this program and ultimately lead the growth of a new market.

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Nursing from an accredited college
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland and at least two years of nursing experience
  • A background of success and a history of achieving goals
  • A career of increasing responsibility
