Home Health LVN PRN South areas *Spanish Speaking a PLUS*
- Responsible for clinical duties for clients assigned to their care
- Follows the patient Plan of Care
- Responsible to adhere to client's Plan of Care as ordered by the MD
- Performs complete physical assessment of assigned clients
- Responsible for timely completion and submission of clinical documentations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
- Must be licensed in the State of Texas and have at least 2 years of Home Health experience and at least 2 years of clinic/hospital experience
- Bilingual a PLUS
- Home Health must have knowledge of Oasis
- IV Therapy a PLUS
- Wound Vac Knowledge a PLUS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
